Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of VoxMail, operated by Netcetera OÜ, registry code 16768111, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"). By using VoxMail you agree to them.

Using VoxMail safely

VoxMail is designed to be used hands-free. Follow the traffic laws where you drive, keep your attention on the road, and don't handle your phone while driving. You are responsible for how and when you use the app.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in and a Gmail account to use VoxMail. Keep your devices secure; actions taken from your signed-in app are treated as yours.

Voice commands and replies

Speech recognition can mishear. VoxMail reads each reply back and sends it only after you say send, but you are responsible for messages sent from your account. Check important replies before confirming.

Acceptable use

Don't use VoxMail to send spam, break the law, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts.

Third-party services

VoxMail depends on Google, Apple, Clerk and Composio. Their terms also apply, and we aren't responsible for their availability.

No warranty

VoxMail is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed or mis-sent email.

Ending your use

You can stop using VoxMail and disconnect Gmail at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We'll post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: hello@netcetera.co.
